VIDEO: Tanker on fire after collision with barge, 14 missing

NINGBO, CHINA – A laden oil tanker, the LONG QING 1, carrying 3,000 tonnes of fuel en route from Ningbo to the port of Panjin collided with a sand barge near Shanghai earlier today. Latest reports state that the sand barge sank and that the tanker is on fire.

Of the tanker’s 14 crew and barge’s 3 crew, 3 were rescued, 14 remain are missing.
