CORONA, CA – Cell phone video captured the driver of a minivan speeding down ta highway in California with a motorcycle stuck to the front bumper creating a shower of sparks behind it.
The person who took the video said the scene unfolded at about 7 p.m. Friday and the driver ultimately exited the freeway where they ditched the van and fled on foot.
According to California Highway Patrol, the hit-and-run happened on the eastbound lanes of the 91 freeway, just west of the 15 Freeway in Corona, when the driver of the minivan struck the motorcyclist and failed to stop.
The motorcyclist was said to have complained about pain to their arms and legs but was otherwise fine. There have been no arrests made yet.
